Niwango, Inc. war eine japanische Firma, die am 14. November 2005 eröffnet wurde, um die japanische Videostreamingplattform Niconico zu verwalten. Das Unternehmen hatte seinen Hauptsitz dabei im Bezirk Shibuya der Stadt Tokio.

Niwango war ein Tochterunternehmen von DWANGO, bevor es am 1. Oktober 2015 in sein Mutterunternehmen integriert und geschlossen wurde. Bisherige Imprints und Veröffentlichung derer Titel wurden dabei größtenteils von DWANGO übernommen und weitergeführt. Zukünftige Publikationen über das Imprint Suiyoubi no Sirius von Niwango, wurden dabei jedoch an Kodansha weitergegeben.
